Crime: Man shot dead by robbers

One of the family members managed to escape from the robbers and cried for help.

ISLAMABAD: A young man was shot dead for resisting robbers in the limits of Shahzad Town Police Station on Monday night. Police sources said that four armed robbers broke into the house of Ghazi Khan’s neighbours and held the inmates hostage. One of the family members managed to escape from the robbers and cried for help. On this, Khan and his son along with some other neighbours arrived for the help of the family. The robbers, on the other hand, opened indiscriminate fire at the men killing Khan’s son on the spot.
