The three-hundred year old village of Lar Garh has been destroyed in the recent floods in Rajanpur. The flood in the Kaha hill torrent inundated the village destroying 17th century bungalows built by Sardar Jalab Khan Gorchani.

Payare Khan, a flood victim, said the flood had swept both houses. Shahid Khan Gorchani said the heritage sites had been tourist attractions. He said the buildings could not be restored.
