The first Hajj flight will leave Faisalabad for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on October 4.
The pre-Hajj operation will start from with 250 pilgrims set to depart on the October 4 flight. DCO Naseem Sadiq said on Saturday that the arrangements had been completed for the pre-Hajj operation. The pilgrims have been requested to reach Haji Camp at Sargodha Road two days before their departure to complete the inspection of their documents.
He said Shaheen Air will carry 4,000 pilgrims from Faisalabad to Jeddah on 12 flights.He said the pilgrims would be provided food, currency exchange, medical care and accomodation.
He said special buses will take them to Faisalabad International Airport two hours before their flight.
He said the flight (no 1205) will depart at 3:40am on October 4.
The last flight in the series will leave Faisalabad for Jeddah at 6am on October 15.
