Seaspark exercise: Naval chief visits creek areas
The naval chief, during his visit in Creeks, also inspected Pak Marines forward most border posts.
KARACHI:
Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Mohammad Asif Sandila visited forward bases of Pak Marines at Creeks Area in connection with Exercise Seaspark-12.
The Seaspark exercises are aimed at assessing the navy’s operational readiness and allowing men to operate under a multi-threat environment and exercise responses accordingly.
The naval chief was given a briefing by the commander coast on various measures undertaken to ensure defence of a highly difficult region. The naval chief, during his visit in Creeks, also inspected Pak Marines forward most border posts.
While interacting with the personnel, the naval chief stressed upon the importance of this area and the role of Pakistan Navy to safeguard the country’s vital interests.
