A family judge has issued a notice to a family for October 13 on a petition filed by a woman seeking dissolution of her marriage. She says her husband has been missing for three years. Petitioner Shahpara Qadir said her husband, Muhammad Farooq used to be away from home for three to four days without any explanation. She said he also used to beat her and never give her any money. Petitioner Shahpara Qadir said he had been missing since August 2009. The petitioner prayed the court to issue a decree of marriage dissolution.
