Water supplies: 10 hydrants to be destroyed
Action was taken against illegal hydrants at Railway Lines in North Nazimabad, two hydrants were dismantled.

Deputy Commissioner Central Dr Saifur Rehman has said that nine illegal wells and 10 water hydrants, providing substandard water in the city, will be destroyed. Addressing a media briefing at Commissioner Office on Tuesday, the DC said a crackdown would be launched on all illegal hydrants and no one would be spared. He said law enforcers could not be threatened by aerial firing or stone throwing. Action was taken against illegal hydrants at Railway Lines in North Nazimabad and two hydrants were dismantled and 13 people arrested during the operation.
