Raid: Alleged TTP commanders shot dead
Two alleged militants of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan gunned down.

Two alleged militants of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) were gunned down in a clash with officials of a law enforcement agency in Aza Khel on Sunday. Acting on a tip-off, they conducted a raid on the Cheerat Factory Road in Aza Khel where two brothers—also proclaimed offenders—Latifullah and Matiullah were hiding, said police officials of Aza Khel police station while talking to The Express Tribune. They were wanted in 30 different cases of murder and other crimes. The brothers were residents of Zarif Korona village in Shabqadar. They had established links with the TTP and were considered Taliban commanders, said police officials. The men were killed after a skirmish. Their bodies were taken to the District Headquarters Hospital in Nowshera for post-mortem.
