Public Holiday: PU, LHC to remain shut today
The examinations department has announced that the exams scheduled for Friday will be postponed.

The Punjab University announced on Thursday it would remain closed today (Friday) the Ishq-i-Rasool day.
The day has been declared a public holiday to register protest against a film seen as anti-Islam.
The examinations department has announced that the exams scheduled for Friday will be postponed. All MA and MSc practical examinations scheduled on Friday will be held on October 5 and November 2, respectively.
The Production & Operation Management exam for MBA Part II will be held on October 5.
The BS Applied Geology practical on Survey and Mapping Techniques will be held on October 5 and October 6.
Separately, the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday declared Friday (today) as holiday at its principal seat as well as all circuit benches and subordinate courts.
