Workshop on HR planning starts
Result-based management of available resources is need of the time.
ISLAMABAD:
A two-day workshop on “Strategic HR Planning and Result Based Management, under TRTA-II Programme” was inaugurated by the Intellectual Property Rights Organisation of Pakistan (IPO-Pakistan) director-general on Wednesday at IPO Headquarters in Islamabad.
The purpose of the workshop is to improve the professional skills and management capabilities of IPO officers from headquarters and regional offices.
IPO-Pakistan Director-General Sajjad Ahmed Bhutta said result-based management of available resources is need of the time to get favourable output in accordance with modern globalisation.
