Court hearing: Aziz Bhatti officer a no-show at ATC
The court will next hear the case on October 3.
KARACHI:
The Anti-Terrorism Court-I ordered for a show-cause notice to be issued to an investigating officer from the Aziz Bhatti police station over not appearing in court.
The court was scheduled to hear the status of non-bailable warrants being issued in a case of using assault or criminal force against public servants, causing hurt during a robbery, attempted murder, common intent and possession of illegal weapons.
The main accused in the case is a young man named Ziaul Haq, and the case was filed under sections of the Pakistan Penal Code read with section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997.
The court will next hear the case on October 3.
