Reconciliation: ‘Disgruntled’ surgeon agrees to resume duties
Professor Warraich said he would resume charge of his office at the KEMU in three months.

Professor Riaz Warraich has agreed to return to the King Edward Medical University as head of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department. The agreement was reached on Wednesday in a meeting between the surgeon and Mayo Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Zahid Pervaiz.
Professor Warraich said he would resume charge of his office at the KEMU in three months. He said he had agreed to return to the KEMU after Mayo Hospital administration apologised for AMS (Security) Tariq Ijaz’s misbehaviour with him.
