The Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT) Punjab chapter organised a demonstration in Lahore against an anti-Islam film, Express News reported on Wednesday.

Anticipating a possible march towards the US Consulate in the city, the roads leading to the diplomatic mission have been blocked with containers.
Hundred of policemen have been deployed to maintain law and order during protests.
Earlier, participants of a protest rally organised by the Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) managed to reach very close to the consulate and staged a sit-in outside the main gate.
