Target killing: Three MQM activists shot dead
An activist of party’s Baldia Town sector, Javed, was killed by unidentified men.
KARACHI:
At least three activists of Muttahida Qaumi Movement were shot dead in Karachi late on Tuesday night. According to the police, an activist of party’s Baldia Town sector, Javed, was killed by unidentified men in Musharraf Colony in the remits of Maripur police station. The deceased was a cable operator, the police said. Another MQM activist, Saleem and his friend Naveed were shot in the limits of Kalri police station in Lyari’s Agra Taj Colony. Both succumbed to their injuries at the Civil Hospital, said police. Meanwhile, an activist Meraj was shot in a close proximity of North Karachi 4J Bus Stop whose body was taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
