Without criminal intent: Suspects arrested with pen pistol
Police on Tuesday arrested two suspects from different entry points to the Red Zone.

Police on Tuesday arrested two suspects from different entry points to the Red Zone which houses important government installations and the Diplomatic Enclave and seized a pen pistol and a forged entry pass. However, they were later released on bail as the police found no criminal intent. The Secretariat police said Mansha Muhammad was arrested from Ayub Chowk checkpoint with a pen pistol and six rounds on his person. The other suspect, Fateh Muhammad, also a labourer, was arrested at the Serena Hotel checkpoint while trying to enter using a tampered security pass.
