Quetta violence: One killed, three injured in blast

The injured person were shifted to Civil Hospital Quetta for treatment by rescue workers.

QUETTA:
One man was killed and three others wounded in a bomb attack apparently targeting Assistant Commissioner Dasht Naseer Jattak on Wednesday night. According to New Saryab police SHO Saleem Shawani, explosives planted on a bicycle parked near Gahi Khan Chowk on Saryab Road exploded soon after the vehicle of AC Dasht Naseer Jattak passed by. The injured persons, identified as Zafar Iqbal, Abdul Qadir, Muhammad Anwar and Muhammad Ismail were shifted to Civil Hospital Quetta for treatment by rescue workers, where Iqbal succumbed to his injuries.
