Heart seizure: Former paediatric head found dead

The body was handed over to the family for burial.

ISLAMABAD:
A former paediatric head of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) was found dead in his car near the General Post Office on Wednesday. The Aabpara police said Dr Mumtaz Hussain’s body was found with his necktie loosened and shoes taken off. A bag of samosas and pakoras was also found from the passenger seat. His body was shifted to Polyclinic Hospital and the initial report suggests he died of heart seizure. The post-mortem will determine the exact cause of death. The body was handed over to the family for burial.
