At The Doorstep: DUHS sets up medical camp for legal eagles

The Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) has set up an “executive medical check-up camp” at the Sindh High Court building.

The camp is meant to provide high quality executive medical and diagnostic services to the legal community at their doorstep, said Prof.
Masood Hameed Khan, the DUHS vice chancellor. This was the second medical camp conducted by the varsity for the legal fraternity and the court staff.
The camp covers medical services, including laboratory tests, lipid profile, x-rays, ultrasound, electrocardiography, dental inspection and mammography.
The vice chancellor hoped that the attempts made to facilitate the community will go a long way in creating a healthy environment. The university is also planning to launch a series of executive medical camps in different sectors in the near future.
