Balochistan cases: SC issues interim order, summons federal secretaries
FC commandant of Dera Bugti also summoned by chief justice to appear in court with Kaho Bugti.

The Supreme Court, in its interim order on the Balochistan law and order case, directed all intelligence agencies to revoke transit of all illegal arms and vehicles and summoned the defense and interior secretaries to appear in the next hearing, Express News reported on Friday.
The case was being heard by a three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry in the Supreme Court’s Quetta Registry.
The commandant Frontier Corps (FC) of Dera Bugti was also summoned by the chief justice to appear in court with Kaho Bugti, who has been missing for a long time.
The hearing was adjourned till September 8, Saturday.
Earlier, Justice Chaudhry, while hearing the missing persons’ case, had ordered the Inspector General (IG) Frontier Corps (FC), interior secretary, defence secretary and IG Police to present the final report on missing persons in the next hearing.
