N Waziristan unrest: Roadside blast injures two security men
Two security personnel were injured when an IED went off near a vehicle that belonged to the Frontier Works Operation

Two security personnel were injured on Monday when an improvised explosive device (IED), planted on the Bannu-Miramshah Road, went off near a vehicle that belonged to the Frontier Works Operation (FWO). A security official reported that the blast took place at 5:30pm, as the FWO vehicle was transporting security personnel to their headquarters in Miramshah. As a result, two security men were injured. An operation was mounted in the area soon after while a curfew was clamped on areas ranging from Rafiq Park of Miramshah to Datta Khel and from Mir Ali to Dosali and Razmak tehsils of the agency.
