Talking to DG FIA in Karachi on Saturday‚ he said all the security agencies should remain alert as there are reports of terror threats in major cities including Karachi‚ Lahore and Quetta and a forum should be created where people can register their complaints.
The Interior Minister lauded the Punjab government for arresting leader of banned outfit Malik Ishaq and his accomplices.
The Interior Ministry had also ordered the closure of mobile phone networks on chaand raat citing terror threats.
Despite increasing threats online, Pakistan faces a vacuum in legislation against cyber crime and cyber terrorism after the Prevention and Control of Cyber Crimes Ordinance (PECO) lapsed in 2009.

When the Security Agencies and the Government including Rehman Malik will sleep on law and order situation, every type of crime in the country will increase.
