295-A: Malik Ishaq sent to Kot Lakhpat jail
Ishaq had been released from Kot Lakhpat jail on July 14, 2011 after 14 years of imprisonment when the Supreme Court (SC) granted him bail in the case involving a terrorist attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Model Town Malik Awais confirmed that he had been sent on remand. A case had been registered against Ishaq on August 9 after he had given a “provocative speech to spread hatred” during a Khatm-e-Nabuwwat rally near Lahore. The case had been registered under Article 295-A of the Pakistan Penal Code and Section 3 of the Amplifier Act.
Prisoners on remand are normally sent to the Camp jail, but Ishaq was sent to Kot Lakhpat as he is a high profile prisoner.
Sources say that because these offences are bailable, police have already obtained warrants in another case to keep Ishaq detained.
According to the Punjab police and Punjab public prosecution department’s record, Ishaq is involved in more than 40 cases in which 70 people had been killed with a majority of the deceased belonging to the Shia community.

Guys don't panic. The last time MALIK was incacerated he was paid a monthly stipend by the government. I am sure that at Kot Lakhpat jail he will again have all the bells and whistles which normal undertrial prisoners do not receive. This is the system. With money and FREINDS in the right places, JUSTICE can be bought.
Why give this evil man free publicity and raise his "market value"?

I am technically Sunni but I don't call myself Sunni. I consider myself just Muslim. The people who spread hatred against others should be banned. Either they are Shias or either Sunnis.
Don't worry PCO judges will soon set him free again to kill more innocent people.

He is already a dead man, no logic of keeping in Jail, he and his fellows are buring in the fire to kill a shia a day to kee their souls and fake belief green, what a shame on at the face of humanity and people call him a man, who know only to kill.

Folks, write to supreme court to open all previous cases against him and invetigate the untimely deaths of witnesses. Courts will get strength and courage by your support.

Malik Bhaie will be soon released by the goverment. He was sent to jail earlier also but no one can touch him. He is a reall follower of Jhangvi Bhaie. Malik bhaie will take care of infidel shias and then will get rid of Barailvee melaadi and Hari Paghree munafiqhs. Saudies will be rewarded by Allah for supporting and funding Malik Bhaie
He is a rook in Saudi Arab's proxy war against Iran. Radical Sunis vs Shias. No wonder he is not being hanged. I wouldn't be surprised if the Saudi's were paying our government to keep him alive.
I am eye witness of the incident in chiniot when Malik ishaq visited siddiq e akbar mosque where he used the words of shia kafir openly. After his speech people became aggressive and they fired on houses of Shias situated in front of the mosque. That resulted in conflict. Also one day curfew was hold in chiniot. About 80 of shia's were caught despite the fact they were attacked. I as a ahle sunnet wal Jamat feel this Malik Ishaq is destroying peace. Ruling parties are supporting SSP.

Why he is in jail. There is no evidence against him. Did not like it? It is the same feeling every Indian has got about Momd Hafeez.

This innocent leader of yours has just broken his bail rules to visit a country (by the way they awarded him visit visa while they are famous for kicking out any number of poor labor workers any day on the basis of much less offences than this man!) outside pakistan. How many other rules he has broken? and the same then applies to Zardari, Sharifs and all of them? No evidence is found against him because fortunately, all the witnesses either change the statement or get killed/disappeared. Very conveneint for him. And for the CJ of course.

40 cases against him involving 70 murders mostly shiites - cases against him also include attack on Sri Lankan team and attack on GHQ - still on lose making free visits to Saudi Arabia - the regime, courts and political parties looks like they are party in his crimes.
