PESHAWAR: The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), whose operations have been suspended since April, has decided to restart its operations on a limited scale, according to a statement issued on Tuesday.  The ICRC’s operations were suspended after the murder of Khalil Rasjed Dale, an ICRC doctor in Quetta, in April. The statement added that the ICRC has decided to terminate all other activities for people affected by the current situation in Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas. The statement read that ICRC would continue helping people in need once staff members were provided with “adequate” working conditions.
