Street crime: Man robbed of cash, cell phone

The suspects took away some cash victim was carrying and a cell phone and fled the scene.

MULTAN: A citizen was deprived of cash and a cell phone at gunpoint by three robbers here on Monday. According to the police, Sharjeel Ahmed, a resident of Shah Rukne Alam Colony, submitted in his application that he was stopped on his way to a market by one Asif Ahmed and his two accomplices and made to surrender his belongings. He said the suspects took away some cash he was carrying and a cell phone and fled the scene. Police have started searching for the suspects.
