While her fans are eagerly awaiting Kareena Kapoor’s marriage, Karisma Kapoor is equally excited about her sister’s wedding which is set to take place sometime this year.
When asked about Saif Ali Khan and Kareena’s wedding dates, Karisma said, “I feel you should ask Kareena this. She will get busy with the promotions of Heroine soon, so you all can catch hold of her.”
“All I can say is, of course, I am excited and it will be wonderful. Even I can’t wait for Kareena’s wedding anymore,” Karisma told IANS.
One of the most successful actors of the 1990s, Karisma is known for hits like Hero No. 1, Biwi No. 1, Raja Hindustani and Dil To Pagal Hai. She also gave power packed performances in offbeat films such as Zubeidaa and Fiza.
However, after tying the knot with Delhi businessman Sanjay Kapur in 2003, she took a break from acting to start a family. A mother of two, she made a comeback on the big screen with Vikram Bhatt’s Dangerous Ishq after five years. But the film failed to click at the box office.
When asked about her next move, Karisma said, “I am reading scripts and I am going to take a little bit of break. Hopefully, next year I will do a movie but it all depends, I never really plan anything.”
Even at 38, she exudes the same charm that she used to as a top notch actor and wows everyone with her immaculate dressing sense. Karisma says her style mantra is just “being comfortable”.
“I always dress up for myself. I love to be myself and that has always stood out. No matter whatever the latest trend or fashion might be, I should feel comfortable with whatever I am wearing,” says Karisma.
Speaking about motherhood she added, “I enjoy being a mom and running behind my kids. My kids keep me on my toes and of course, I always endorse a healthy lifestyle.”

@Pakistani-Zindabad Yes, pakistan zindabad, but there is no way your rambling is going to stop bollywood from getting an indirect zindabad from Pakistanis.
Karishma is tremendously exited to get kareena married but as far i know saif is not going to stop at one girl. Kareena will be divorced soon.
@choptocut: If you a Pakistani (I Doubt) then you should tune indian channels or internet to find news of your great Stars,,,,we majority of Pakistanies don't want it
I do wish Pakistanis can look beyond bollywood, read hindi movies and get a chance to look at more Indian language movies including malayalam, marathi, kannada, oriya, bengali & assamese movies. The theme in a lot of these regional movies are based on real life characters with great storyline, camerawork & acting. Language is a barrier but those can be overcome either with dubbing or subtitles.
Bollywood movies alwyas tend to glamorize India showing a make belief world of fashion, clubs and the elite. This takes away from the fact that India has a very high rate of poverty and instead of the dazzling lights we see in Bollywood flicks, India is bathed with slums.
Have you heard about 'soft power' ?? Bollywood is indias soft-power... & pakistanis are addicted to it. Pakistani movies & stars stand no chance & you have no choice.Learn to live with it.
@Pakistan-Zindabad: In matters of taste one cannot compel anyone. Bollywood is the biggest entertainment industry in the world and I always seek news of the artists I admire. Like Hirthik Roshan and Vidya Balan.
@Pakistani In a market economy, transaction takes place on mutual exchange. People exchange their money only for things they think are worth the while. Only charity is based on sentiments. Your second point is relevant: media has a "coverage bias" against lollywood.
We don't want any Bollywood news in our News Sites and TV channels Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese..
