Open day in Berlin: Pakistan mission displays crafts, foods
German Federal State Secretary for Economic Cooperation and Development was served with sliced Pakistani mangoes

The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development organised an International Open Day in Berlin on Saturday. About 50 embassies setup their stalls showcasing traditional and cultural items of public interest from their respective countries. Pakistan Embassy displayed handicrafts of wood and marble, embroidered clothes, accessories besides books and brochures on Pakistan. Pakistan’s Ambassador to Germany Abdul Basit visited the stall along with his family and interacted with the visitors of the stall. He welcomed German Federal State Secretary for Economic Cooperation and Development, Hans-Juergen Beerfeltz, who visited the Pakistan Stall and exchanged views with the Ambassador on Pak-German cooperation in the field of Economic Development. Beerfeltz was served with sliced Pakistani mangoes.
