The only solution to fair election is to introduce bio-matric system for forthcoming elections. All so called political parties have their own code of conduct but what happens in elections, everyone knows.

In absence of Bio-matric system ECP or anybody else can not gurantee for a fair and transparent elections.

We witnessed huge external Financial and Technical support for transparent elections in Pakistan during 2008 elections but I am surprise why dont government as doners for assistance to develop Bio-matric system for elections. Since we have NADRA equipped fully to support new system, I think we should stress upon new technology.
