Conference: Sports body plans to promote tennis
PTF organised its first conference for players and coaches to discuss measures for improving tennis.
ISLAMABAD:
The Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) on Saturday organised its first conference for players and coaches to discuss measures for improving tennis in the country. In an open discussion, all participants came up with their ideas for the betterment of tennis which included plans to develop a School Initiative Programme, Play and Stay Programme, Affective Officiating, a large number of tennis tournaments, and a centre for tennis at Islamabad where the deserving players should get training free of charged.
