At least five people were killed and two others were injured in incidents of violence and firing in the city, Express News reported on Friday.

A man, identified as Abdul Salam, was killed when unidentified assailants on motorcycles opened fire on him in Block 2 of Gulistan-e-Johar.
One person was killed when unknown assailants shot him within the limits of the Napier police station. His body was recovered from Nishtar Road.
