Courtroom security: Man arrested for taking pictures
Police said that they had not received the suspect or any application for the registration of a case.
LAHORE:
Lahore High Court security officials arrested a man for taking pictures of portraits of retired judges displayed in the courtroom of the chief justice on Thursday.
The security officials said that they had told Muhammad Saleem to stop but he did not listen and continued to take pictures with his camera. They said that they would question him and then hand him over to Old Anarkali police. However, Old Anarkali police officials, contacted at 7pm, said that they had not received the suspect or any application for the registration of a case.
