Governor’s orders: Physically-challenged kids get help
Governor will perform Eid prayers in Gulshan-e-Jinnah, formerly known as polo ground.
KARACHI:
Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan directed the principal secretary, Dr Naushad Ahmed Sheikh, on Saturday to take care of the three physically-challenged children he met earlier this week. Khan met 10-year-old Habiba, 11-year-old Shazia, and 12-year-old Danish, and their parents at the Governor’s House on Thursday evening and distributed cheques among the children. Khan will meet public on Eid from 9:30 am to 11 am at the governor’s house. He will perform Eid prayers in Gulshan-e-Jinnah, formerly known as polo ground, and then meet military officials, ambassadors of Muslim countries, religious scholars and other prominent people.
