Targeted killing: Two shot dead in Hub, Washuk districts

The first incident occurred in Jam Colony, Hub when unknown armed men riding a motorbike opened fire.

QUETTA: Two people, including a woman, were killed in two separate incidents of firing in Balochistan, on Wednesday.

The first incident occurred in Jam Colony, Hub when unknown armed men riding a motorbike opened fire. The targeted man, who succumbed to bullet injuries on the spot, was later identified as Ramzan.

Police have so far been unable to ascertain the motive behind the killing. In the second incident, armed men sprayed a vehicle with bullets in Mashkel, a town bordering Iran in Washuk district. As a result one woman was killed and another sustained critical injuries. The woman has been identified as wife of Muhammad Iqbal.
