Court case: ATC declares Uzair Baloch a fugitive
The men faced charges of attempted murder and ‘mischief’.
KARACHI:
The head of the banned Peoples Amn Committee Uzair Jan Baloch and at least 15 other men have been declared absconders in a case related to the violence in Karachi.
The Anti-Terrorism Court-III issued the official proclamation on Wednesday. The ATC-III had issued non-bailable warrants for the men on July 31. The men faced charges of attempted murder and ‘mischief’ based on the First Information Report (77/2012) filed by the Napier police station.
