In the wake of possible threats by terrorists on Eid, the city police conducted a search operation in the outskirts of the city on Wednesday and arrested over 80 suspects for failing to justify their residence.
Quoting intelligence reports, the interior ministry on Tuesday had issued a warning, alerting police chiefs against possible terrorist threats to target the country’s political leadership.
