Judiciary can go to any extent for implementation of Constitution: CJ
Judiciary will continue to pass verdicts according to the Constitution even if the 'sky falls off', says the CJ.

Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry remarked on Wednesday that the judiciary can go to any extent for implementation of the Constitution in the country, reported Express News.
Addressing an Iftar party at the Supreme Court Bar, the chief justice maintained that the judiciary will continue to pass verdicts according to the Constitution even if "the sky comes down".
He added that the judiciary is an important pillar of the state and all other institutions should also work according to the Constitution.
Supreme Court Bar President Yaseen Azad, speaking at the event, added that if anyone tries to harm the judiciary, the lawyers will be ready to resist it.
