Ongoing Projects: Departments asked to submit progress reports
AJK Accountability Bureau directed heads of all development departments working in AJK to submit progress reports.

The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Accountability Bureau has taken notice of delays in various ongoing development projects across the state.
The bureau’s chairman, Sardar Muhammad Rafiq Khan, on Wednesday directed heads of all development departments working in AJK to submit progress reports soon after Eidul Fitr on all the projects they are undertaking, citing reasons for delays in work and increases in cost of the projects.
The orders were directed towards the local government, Public Works Department, Pearl Development Authority, Muzaffarabad Development Authority, Mirpur Development Authority, Highways and Building Divisions of Public Works Department and Public Health Engineering Department, said a spokesman of the bureau. He said the bureau will conduct regular monitoring of all development projects to ensure that they are completed within the stipulated time.
