Police action: Seven gangs of motorcycle snatchers busted

The Sukkur police have busted seven gangs of motorcycle snatchers during Ramazan, Sukkur SSP Pir Mohammad Shah said at a press conference held on Sunday. Seven suspects were arrested and four motorcycles, mobile phones and weapons seized from them.
Four of the suspected bandits were identified as Achar Kharoos, Shafiq Phulpoto, Nadeem Shar and Habibullah Shar. Fourteen other members of the motorcycle snatching gangs were stated to be still at large.
The police officer said that it was decided to launch an offensive against criminal elements as Eid was approaching. The snatched motorcycles are booked through railways and end up in Quetta, according to Shah.
