Double murder: Two killed in different incidents
Usman was axed to death over unknown reasons at Jabran Bandi Sadiq village.

Two persons were killed at two different places here on Sunday. Police said that Muhammad Salim of Mohar Khurd village was sleeping in his veranda after Sehr when two persons broke into the house and shot him dead. Meanwhile, Usman was axed to death over unknown reasons at Jabran Bandi Sadiq village. Safeer Ahmed told police that someone knocked at the door and his father went to respond but did not return. He said that upon search, he found his father’s body at some distance from home. The body bore torture marks. Safeer has accused Shamsur Rehman and his sons Liaquat and Ishtiaq for the murder.
