Police recover explosives, suicide jacket in Quetta raid

QUETTA: Police, on Thursday, arrested three suspects and recovered a huge amount of explosives and a suicide bomber jacket in a raid in the Mashriki Bypass area of the city, Express News has reported.

The raid was conducted on a house in Satellite Town and the explosives and jacket were recovered from a car standing inside the lot of the house.

Earlier, Multan police had arrested five alleged terrorists belonging to the Tehreek-e-Taliban-Pakistan (TTP) Noor Gul group, foiling their attempts of carrying out terrorist activities.

While briefing the Senate on the issue, Interior Minister Rehman Malik had said that the banned outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) and the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) were responsible for the deteriorating law and order situation in Balochistan.

@Wahab Khan Afridi: People of FATA were always very happy in gun running and gun totting, drugs and kidnappinig. Some one did create Talibans, but these terrorists were embraced by the people of FATA very proudly. They joined them in thousands as their foot soldiers. Even now they are accomodated, fed and looked after by the people of FATA or accept the fact that you have been cowed by them.

can Rehman malik also make statement that who had created talibans in the history and who has once again created taliban in pakistan once again who have held hostage the innocent tribal pakhtoons..
