Not guilty: Court acquits man of robbery charges
An FIR under section 392/34 of the Pakistan Penal Code was registered in the Quaidabad police station.
KARACHI:
A district and sessions judge of the Malir court, Muhammad Yameen, acquitted a man of robbery charges on Wednesday. The court announced the verdict after the complainant testified that the accused was not the person who had committed the robbery at his home. The complainant, Haider Ali, a resident of Tauheed Colony, had reported a robbery in which he was robbed of cash and gold. An FIR under section 392/34 of the Pakistan Penal Code was registered in the Quaidabad police station.
