RAWALPINDI: Police under its ongoing drive against anti-social elements on Monday arrested 24 lawbreakers. Police recovered 4,250 gram charas, 250 gram heroin, three bottles of liquor and 13 pistols with 47 rounds from the possession of the arrested men. Wah Cantt police arrested Munir on recovery of 1,110 gram charas while Taxila police sent Hameed behind bars as 1,040 gram charas was recovered from him. One Amir was also arrested after recovery of 1,020 gram charas. Gujar Khan police arrested Ghulam Mohiuddin as he was under the influence of alcohol. Other accused were also held on recovery of drugs, illegal weapons and liquor.
