British police have made four arrests so far across the Olympics venues. The Games are surrounded by Britain’s biggest peacetime security operation. Florian Flesche was arrested on Sunday at the shooting at the Royal Artillery Barracks. He has been charged with common assault and is due to appear in a London court. A 45-year-old man accepted a police caution for actual bodily harm, while a 50-year-old man who was arrested at Lord’s cricket ground accepted a police caution for theft. Petras Lescinskas appeared at Stratford Magistrates’ Court charged with a racially aggravated public order offence.
