Another BMC doctor kidnapped from Quetta
A BMC surgeon was recovered safely from kidnappers on Monday, psychologist Dr Rasool kidnapped today.

Another doctor of the Bolan Medical College (BMC) was kidnapped on Wednesday, two days after surgeon Dr Din Mohammad Bangulzai was released by his kidnappers.
Dr Ghulam Rasool was a psychologist at BMC and was returning home when he was kidnapped.
Earlier on Sunday, Dr Bangulzai had been kidnapped by unknown assailants from the Ganji Dori near Lak Pass in district Mastung, but he reached home safely on Monday evening.
According to family sources, the kidnappers initially demanded Rs50 million in ransom for the surgeon’s release, however negotiations brought down the ransom amount to Rs8 million.
The Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) had also called a strike in the Out Patient Departments of all state-run hospitals demanding the government authorities to secure release of Dr Bangulzai. The strike was called off after the doctor's release.
