Cricket: Boota stars as Advance Telecom win

Mohammad Boota hit a quickfire 70, smashing four sixes and 10 fours to guide Advance Telecom to a seven-wicket victory over HBL in the opening match of the Advance Telecom 2nd Corporate T20 Cup at the DHA Sports Club, Moin Khan Academy. After being put in to bat, HBL opener Imran Farhat scored 72 runs in 28 balls to guide his side to 164. Faisal Virk finished with figures of three for 30.  In reply, Advance Telecom eased to victory in 16.2 overs with man-of-the-match Boota scoring a brisk 70 off 29 deliveries. Waqas (37) and Mukhtar (29) were the other top performers.
