Complaints: CGDL launches toll free helpline

LAHORE: The public can lodge complaints about Ramazan bazars at a 24-hour helpline 0800-02345 lauched by the City District Government Lahore. DCO Noorul Amin Mengal announced this during a visit to the Shadman Ramazan Bazar. He said citizens could register complaints about the items being sold at a higher price, non-availability of essential items, attitude of ther shopkeepers and quality of items available. During the visit, the DCO ordered the TMA to make better arrangements for cleanliness.
