AJK office timings: 29-hour workweek for Ramazan
Institutions operating for five days in a week are advised to follow a six-hour workday, from 8am to 2pm

All state-run and autonomous institutions across Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) will follow a 29-hour workweek throughout Ramazan. The AJK administration announced this in a statement issued here on Saturday. Institutions operating for five days in a week are advised to follow a six-hour workday, from 8am to 2pm, whereas institutions operating for six days in a week are advised to follow a five-hour workday, from 8am to 1pm – apart from Fridays, the statement read. On Fridays, institutions operating for five days in a week are advised to work from 8am to 1pm, whereas institutions operating for five days in a week are advised to work from 8am to 12pm.
