Sasta bazaars: Arrangements underway

Arrangements are being finalised to set up Ramazan Sasta Bazaars in Taxila city to provide relief to consumers during the holy month of Ramazan.
The Tehsil Municipal Officer Khalid told APP that the town administration would ensure the availability of quality food items at subsidised rates.
These include all kitchen items, including flour, sugar, pulses, meat, onions, potatoes, ghee at these bazaars.
In addition, fresh vegetables, fruit would also be available in these bazaars. He further said that price control magistrates would be appointed in each bazaar to keep a check on the prices and quality of the items, and anyone found involved in profiteering would be fined.
