Service tribunal: AG sent notice by court
Petitioner said that tribunal members had been appointed from the executive while it was a judicial post.

Lahore High Court Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial on Tuesday issued a notice to the advocate general (AG) for September 25 on a petition seeking directions to appoint members of the Service Tribunal from the judiciary. Petitioner Zohaib Imran Sheikh said that tribunal members had been appointed from the executive while it was a judicial post.
