Purchasing power: Price Control Cell established

KARACHI: A Price Control Cell has been set up at the Chief Minister House to check the prices of essential commodities during the month of Ramazan. The cell, set up on CM Qaim Ali Shah’s directives, will be supervised by the additional secretary for coordination.

According to a notification, the cell will work round-the-clock to monitor issues of price control. It will keep in contact with cells established for the same purpose by the home department in the offices of divisional commissioners and deputy commissioners of districts.
