Lost boy found: Police seek help looking for family

The city police have found a lost boy and are seeking assistance from the public in locating his family. Junaid, 11, came to policemen at the Faizabad checkpost and asked them to help him find a hotel where his uncle works. The child was taken to Aabpara Police Station. Police said the boy, whose father’s name is Latif, was wearing jeans and a black and white shirt with black sandals. The boy said his mother’s name is Shakeela and his uncle is Shahzeb. He told the police that he was going to meet his uncle at the hotel but got lost on the way. The boy said he is from Pind Rajwal and speaks Kashmiri. Aabpara Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Shakeel Ahmed can be contacted on 051-9204830 and 0321-5347072 by anyone with information that may help the boy be reunited with his family.
