Four players advance at junior squash event
Atlas, Iqbal, Bukhari, Aslam sail into third round in Doha.

Pakistan players Danish Atlas, Hamza Bukhari, Nasir Iqbal and Tayyab Aslam cruised into the third round of the WSF World Junior Squash Championships after impressive victories in Doha yesterday.
Pakistan’s main hope in the event and third-seed Danish Atlas continued his form to outclass his American opponent. The unseeded Mason Ripka never looked comfortable against Atlas who registered a one-sided win with scores of 11-6, 11-1 and 11-3.
Iqbal surpassed Germany’s Lucas Willemse 11-3, 11-5 and 11-4, while Bukhari advanced after beating compatriot Shahjahan Khan in straight games. Khan looked equally impressive in the first game but failed to beat his experienced counterpart who won 16-14.
Bukhari never looked back and sealed the result in his favour, winning the next two games 11-5 and 11-4. Aslam beat Josue Enriquez 11-2 11-5 11-6 to confirm his berth in the next round.
